good sportsmanship and competition, circling barrels
during the jackpot incurs $50 penalty. A good faith
effort must be made for the best time. Riders pulling
up after the third barrel on the way home may be
disqualified. Entry
to any WindySue event by contestant, agent or friend
constitutes agreement to payouts and rules.
